In 2007 - 2009 She worked for lancet Laboratories here in South Africa as a Credit controller where she learned all lot about the finance department and sector. In July 2009 she started her new Role at Multichoice Africa as an Operations Support till 2010 where she assisted Multichoice Angola with churn and sales campaigns. She also acquired a skill to compile comprehensive reports that show how well the Multichoice Angola Business is doing. In May 2010 she moved to the Franchise team in the same company where she assisted the franchise countries on queries that were logged, assisting the in house system IBS on how to read accounts and sort out billing issues. In July she moved again with in the same company and joined the Commercial Credit control department t where she assisted counties such as Swaziland, Ethiopia, Angola and Mozambique with their accounts and cleaning up the books. In August 2011 to 2014 she then changed roles and was promoted to Operations consultant where she acquired skills in management as well as problem resolution and giving her customers support. In October 2015 she was promoted to Regional account supervisor for the Portuguese region which is Mozambique and Angola. In that role she developed and implemented operational support policies and procedures for her region. Performed subscriber and trend analysis and niche identification, implemented churn strategies, co-ordinate in country business reediness for all corporate projects, Investigate and Assist with the implementation, deployment and roll out of new and updated business solutions and projects like payment methods, self-service channels, etc . With this amount of Knowledge and skills acquired in the cooperate industry she has acquired a lot of skills which will add value to the MDH Recruitment Agency. She will be able to add value to our clients on how to run their operations on a daily basis and make sure that quality candidates are placed in the right companies and also having the client’s needs met.
